 Salon Renaissance diligently monitors the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by installing discipline in all aspects of our business.

Our objective is to protect and maintain the privacy, and security of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles. Personal information collected by Salon Renaissance generally comprises of name, address, contact details and certain financial information. The national privacy principles require Salon Renaissance does not store personal information longer than necessary. We are committed to the privacy and protection of your information.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of $2.50 is required to secure your reservation. This fee will be charged at the time of booking and will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

Credit Card on File

To ensure the security of your reservation, we require a valid credit card to be held on file. This card will be used for any applicable fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs while ensuring our schedule is respected. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling with      More Than 48 Hours Notice:
   • If you       provide more than 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your       appointment, there will be no additional charge beyond the non-refundable       booking fee.

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling with      Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
   • If you       provide less than 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your       appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total price of the booked       service.

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling with      Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show:
   • If you       provide less than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your       appointment, or if you fail to show up for your appointment without prior       notice, you will be charged the full price of the booked service.

Payment and Authorization

By booking a service, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the applicable fees as described above. This includes the booking fee, and any cancellation or no-show charges as per our policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to future bookings.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact our customer service team before making a booking.

 We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent 72 hours prior to the appointment to the client on receipt of this text they are asked to confirm with a “yes” or for no ring the salon to reschedule. Salon Renaissance reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. Within 48 hours you will need to pay or loose your 20% booking fee.

 The client must arrive on time to ensure they receive the full service they have booked in for. If they are running late, they need to contact the salon- we will do everything we can to accommodate them however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule the appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case they will need to rebook at another time. 

 Gift Vouchers are valid for 26 months, to be used for service and products. Not to be exchanged for cash, credit for change

 At Salon Renaissance, we will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service.

However, if the final result doesn’t present as you discussed, Salon Renaissance will rectify it at no extra charge. Salon Renaissance allows 2 weeks maximum for you to return with undesired results. If you are unhappy with the final result by choice, Salon Renaissance will re-work at the usual pricing rates.
